Delivery Details
How will it be delivered and what will it cost?
UK – First class delivery takes 2-3 working days and is £5 per order. There is a maximum number of 5 items, after which an extra £1 per item will be added.
Heavy items (such as shoes and boots) may incur extra postage –you will be pre-advised.
Europe – Delivery takes 3-5 working days and is £9 per order. Delivery is recorded class.
Worldwide – Delivery 7-14 days, is £17 per order and sent International recorded class.
Returns Policy
What if I want to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days in which to return or exchange the item. It must be unworn and in saleable condition, with original labels still attached and all packaging intact.
For sale items, only credit notes and exchanges are available.
Any refunds, where appropriate, will be made onto the card originally used for the initial purchase.
How do I return the item?
We suggest that you return any items using an insured form of postage and obtain proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for any damaged or lost postal items.

There may be occasions when the item you would like is out of stock – please feel free to call us on 0114 2676766 (10am-5pm) or email us at squirts4kids@aol.com - as we may be able to obtain the product or have new stock in the store.
